Japanese ‘Sun’ and ‘Moon’ Starter Decks Reveal Final Starter Evolutions!

The official Japanese Pokemon Twitter account today accidentally revealed an image of the three Starter Decks that will be available alongside the release of Collection Sun and Collection Moon in Japan on December 9th. Each deck includes a GX card of a final evolution of the Alola Starter Pokemon, revealing them for the first time! The Japanese names for Rowlet’s, Litten’s, and Popplio’s final evolutions are Junaipa, Gaogean, and Ashisreenu respectively. Unfortunately, the individual cards are too small to make out their attacks, but we may update later with further information. Thanks to Andrew C., Vincent H., and Bangiras for the translations!

Decidueye-GX – Grass – HP 240
Stage 2 – Evolves from Dartrix

Ability: Feather Arrow
You can use this power once during your turn. Choose one of your opponent’s Pokemon and place 2 damage counters on it.
