TPCi Twitter Account

Update (9:30 AM, Wednesday): Both Lawrence Neves, Pokemon’s editorial director, and Dave Schwimmer, one of POP’s managers, have confirmed the account is fake. TPCi is trying to get it removed from Twitter now.

It looks like TPCi is gettin’ hip and with the times, yo. The Pokemon Company International recently opened up a Twitter account that will apparently be used to answer fan questions every Tuesday. They’ll also provide general updates on the Pokemon franchise. Here are some of their more interesting answers, though what they imply we’ve always known:

• Arceus is powerful, but it isn’t the last Pokémon. Many new lands with new Pokémon have yet to be explored!
• A new game based on the Pokémon TCG has not crossed our minds, but that’s certainly an interesting thought!
