Akamu, I don't have DW Dratini, but I can trade the Shiny Dratini. I'm ready whenever.
Would you care for any of the shinies I listed earlier? I checked IVs and the Vulpix is nearly flawless (30/27/31/31/31/30), if you would care for that. The Dratini also has pretty high IVs (3/31/31/28/31/16).
