You're an i d i o t. "RETAIL" ETB is $60, this set is "RETAIL" MSRP $21.99 or maybe $44 at best at least in the states because that is the "RETAIL" price ignoramus. The only reason why this price isn't credible is because the second this goes for sale or even preorders the RESALE value goes up...
