Is this eb in Australia?

Fairly new to PTCG, Can someone explain why Moon has a bad Garde match up despite Gardevoir being weak to dark types? Is it that one Garde is single prize?

I know they're in the Japanese set, I just think it's weird they aren't mentioned in the English promo material, which kinda makes me worried we won't see them in this set

No mention of gouging fire ex and iron bolder ex makes me sad. Are they maybe just not mentioned due to spoilers?

Disappointed that Armarouge didn't get an Illustration rare despite being a cover card...is this common?

That Armarouge EX art doesn't look like the one EN has been using as promotional material, weird that we didn't get that art revealed yet. Is that common?
