I just returned to the pokemon scene after such a long time. Does anybody know when the next tourney is happening? Or where i should post just to find battle partners to play test with? Thanks for your time guys {L}

Im trying to base my deck around the Walrein from M-Treasures but i dont really know how the deck should be constructed. Any Deck lists or ideas of how many copys of a certain card i should use. P.S. Thanks for helping me, it really means alot!
