After a wonderful 6-year adventure, we are stepping away from Pokemon for awhile. My 12-year-old son started when he was 5 and had some notable achievements - He won lots of Battle Roads and City Championship tournaments and... he won the Ohio State Tournament in the 2010/2011 season and Michigan in 2011/2012 & he was 5th in the 2012 US National Championship. He even earned an invitation to play on the "big stage" -- the 2012 World Championship Tournament!

We traveled all over Ohio, ventured into Indiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. We even went up to Canada a couple times, eh? The best trip was to Hawaii - 2 weeks of snorkeling, seeing the Big Island, and of course, Pokemon.

Other adventures now lie ahead.
