I believe you may be overthinking it. With the single prize version that's immune to Ex/V you just need an answer in your deck for opponents that run single prize attackers. I think this does the trick. The problem is that the doublade offers no real value. The game needs more stage 1s that are...

#1 thing is if your opponent uses rare candy, the stage 2 drops back to basic and the candy has been used. Also, if the evolved mon has damage counters on it, the new unevolved mon can be KO'd. It's especially great against Gardevoir. This is VERY playable and very powerful.

Bombkidier is nest ball searchable when VIP is not. Also when VIP rotates next year Birdy boy will become more useful

Greedwnt EX is basically the same as oinkologne ex. You can now run the oink tank concept without any pigs. The swovet bibarel engine. Full face guard. Cherins care. It's tier 3 but it's a fun deck to play in casual battles.

W clefable, not every card needs to be for a meta deck. Sometimes if it fits in a fun casual deck that's ok. Also, I think it's a fun addition into a moon dancing Clefairy+wyrdeer deck or as part of a reversal energy zoroark transform deck

If you don't need 2 pokemon bc you play a smaller bench line. Ditto is searchable with a nest ball where VIP is not
