  • I changed it because the original plan for the staff userbars was Starmie. So about an hour before they went up, I just made a Starmie banner.
    Then it got changed to Ludicolo and my effort was wasted. ;;

I probably won't go to any more Cities this season...but if I do, I will keep your good wishes in mind!
That's a nice story for your username. Very interesting indeed. ^.^

Did you know that I got my username from Mario Kart DS? It was about a few years ago when the DSi came out. Within a few months of getting it, I got Mario Kart DS. It asked me for a nickname. I put in "Lucky" because my mother said I was the luckiest one in the family, and "fire" because I thought of Mario's fireballs from Mario Kart: Double Dash. Thus, "Luckyfire" was born. But my first username on Pokebeach was LuckyPokeGirl. :p
    I agree with Articuno. :p

Plus we're the only people whose username begins with 'Lucky' that's actually still active.
Luckygirl0616, that was merely a joke. But, the sheer similarity of your username meanings cannot be denied, after all.
Luckygirl0616, if I can go to any other Cities, I hope so! For the most part I may be just holding down the fort at League, but whatever works.

And yes...I like Meloetta quite a bit.
You and Luckyfire will be perfect best friends.

    Haha. Anyways, hello there!
Luckygirl0616, I had tons of fun on the 15th! I got to judge top cut (top 8), always my favorite part of the day, and I got to see Meloetta win! (It was a Quad-Sigi mirror in T2.)

I won't be judging this weekend for Cities as my slots for judging are all used up (my TO is not running any more Cities this season).

Is it fun to judge? I'd say so, yes. You don't need to worry about losing, for one; you get packs at the end, for another; and you get to socialize with all the players as well - not just the ones you played with! Resolving disputes is a bit tricky and a necessary part of the job, but it is worth it.
Luckygirl0616, nope; I played and went 2-4, but it was all very fun so I don't care.
But I will be head judging on Saturday, though! That oughta be...interesting, to say the least.
And yeah, I've had a lot of schoolwork as well, so don't feel bad.
Luckygirl0616, I know a guy who judged at 13...but he was really mature and acted (and looked) 16, so there is that bit. There technically isn't any age restriction to judging, but obviously the TO is going to pick someone with more know-how about what to do when asked tricky questions.

I mostly judge because it's fun and I get free packs from it - which is always nice to get more supplies. I didn't know judges got points. I know Professors get points, which is probably what your friend means.

    I said I still don't know if I'm judging this weekend! :p
Luckygirl0616, I judged last week (got an FA Keldeo EX from my staff pulls, lucky me); as for this weekend and next, I'm going to be HJing at one of them, and as for the other I don't know. I'm going to find out.
I do prefer judging to playing, but I love both.
Luckygirl0616, well, if you don't end up being popular, I'm sure you'll find your own little niche to fill! Being popular isn't everything.

And you're welcome! You need anything in future from me, I'll see what I can do.
    Luckygirl0616, it's over 9000 blaaaaaaaargh

I like that away comment too. One of my friends irl asked if I was a Pokemon referee (to which I answered 'basically, yes'), and then he said he imagined me shouting that comment at someone and then flipping the table. Brought a big smile to my face.

My biography is something that's constantly growing and changing. I like to add, subtract, tweak, and refine it frequently to make it the best it can be; I'm happy you enjoyed the read!

I wouldn't exactly call myself super-successful, but I am a fairly decent player (or so I'd like to think). I am pretty popular where I go, which is always nice. Who knows, maybe you might be popular too! I look forward to it.

Darkrai/Hydreigon? I can take a peek at it; I haven't built a list of it myself but I've seen many. I'll see what I can do!
Luckygirl0616, No problem, and Ollo is just my form of Hello :p I find it more fun and creative then the bland and common Hello.
To answer your question about the green, the reason my name is in green is because I'm a forum moderator. It's something only really given out to people who have been around for a long time and help out a lot at the 'Beach. It's basically granted, not earned.

But thanks for checking out my profile! Did you enjoy it?
