1st pokemon game was a p.c home sim of pokemon yellow ;p where you could never save haha, beat brock many many times wen i was 8/9 :p
1st proper game was pokemon crystal i got when i was 9 XD came with limited edition pikachu/pichu GBC, with the power light in pikachus' cheek ^.^ <3 that thing, my starter was chikorita :) ampharos & gengar were my fave pokes from that playthrough ^_^
finally got the gen1 games a few years later and eventually achieved my 1st and only certificate(I'm going for my 2nd now though on xy ^_^ <3 GTS) :p after waiting another year to repair some n64 parts so i could tranfer 1 vaporeon haha.
