I'm really liking that change! Even if I can't use Tool Scrapper, it's good filler to discard when the opponent doesn't use tools! It also helps put the shut down on Keldeo with float stone, so I love it!

I think it'll just have a wide range of TMs from the Normal typing like most Normal types.
