Pokemontrainer04, You go into your User CP, and off to the right, you should see "Upload avatar". You're gonna click that, and you can upload your avatar by either URL, or selecting a file. The picture must be a certain size, but I don't remember what. If you need anything else, just ask :]
Pokemontrainer04, Yeah, when you find an image, right click it, and then click "open in new tab" or "open in new window". Then copy and paste that URL into the URL box.
BTW you can add a profile picture by going to User CP, then click "Change Avatar" on the left side of the screen.
