Mew-EX can NOT copy attacks on from your Opponent's Pokemon, just on your field, and it has to match both Energy Quantity AND Type, so Prism Energy is the way to go. The one that can use attacks on your opponent's Active Pokemon, regardless of its Energy cost, is Zoroark NXD 102. So, you can copy an attack on your opponent's Active by attacking with Mew-EX and with a Zoroark in your Bench. Hope I could help!
