Lugia V and Vstar have unreleased versions internationally. I think it's likely we will eventually get them in a league battle deck or Vstar box.

When I saw your first post, I was echoing what everyone already said. I say, good on you for this reply. Having easy access to competitive cards is certainly a good thing for all players. Welcome back to the hobby.
