240 with no retaliation is really good, but uses Rare Candy to set up consistently. Generally decks that rely on setting up multiple Stage 2s have an issue with staying consistent, but at least it's somewhat interesting.
@bbb888 I would say to petition TPCi but I think that'd do more harm than good.

It's not really rocket science at this point, and it's not like H-on is some paragon of balanced gameplay - it just simply doesn't spit out multiple broken cards in each set.

I mean it's pretty nice, I don't know how you'd make Tatsugiri look "cool" in some kind of extremely detailed art.
Also it's going to be easy to spot on the field.
I love how the Chansey actually has a useful attack before it evolves into Blissey. The only thing holding this line back from being a great design is the overinflated HP.
Tatsugiri looks like another H-on win, a weaker version of Jirachi that doesn't give you absolutely everything you need, but helps your Supporters be more consistent. Not a shoe-in for every deck in the format, but it might find some use here and there, especially in homebrews.
