I’m confused by the identity of this set. I was expecting a lot more shiny cards, but it seems to be a miss match of stuff. The other sets had more of a theme, but this set kinda celebrates the gens the others covered? We were missing a Giratina immersive so now all the Sinnoh gods have one

I would complain about printing another bunch of boring acceleration cards, but what the hell is Team Rocket Grunt LMAO
It's not better than Misty, but it's all the annoying random gameplay of Misty that's usable in every deck.

I like that they paired Kouki Saitou's Machoke and Machamp together. Machoke originated from Guardians Rising and Machamp from Plasma Blast.

I really like that Magmortar continues the style from that old Expedition Magmar. I hope they do more of "updating/continuing" the art of older cards in the future

So what actively pisses me off here is that we have a Rocket Grunt's FA Trainer. So even if we see one in DR, it won't be this one which is a perfect foil to the old Rocket Grunt Card. F T G.

I personally love this set, it feels like a breath of fresh air when it comes to the art style. Wigglytuff does look uncanny, but other than that I can't wait to chase that pikachu!
