check my thread.I saw your post about the double battle 'glitch.' It took me a while to figure it out. But here's what you're supposed to do: When both faint, you go to your party, choose one Pokémon you want to send out. It won't be sent out automatically. First, you have to select the fainted Pokémon you want to switch it in for. Then, you choose the other Pokémon you want to send out. Once all that is done, you'll be back on the battlefield.
