When that is done it's mainly checking for new people (they are on top of the list in a separate box) and help them update their Safari if they don't know it. Also some regular checks to make sure people are using the boxes only for Pokémon and not to type other text (it happens sometimes ).
Hey! You don't have to add people yourself. Just update the people who are on it and maintain it. It has to be someone's own choice to be on the list. If you have people added who are already on the list you can update it with the Pokémon they have if they didn't do it themselves.
