Well, my sister named her clarinet 'Claire,' which isn't too unique, but her name is Annette, so Claire + Annette = ClaireAnnette = clarinet!
Just think of something you really like - I named a few other instruments Trevor, Shauna, Tierno, Yvonne, and Xavier.
Oboe is seriously awesome. If there was one non-brass instrument that I'd want to play, it'd be oboe. (Marcie also sounds like 'mercy,' which is what my enemies will not be getting when I'm blasting at them at full volume! >)
You better believe it. Her name is Marcie and we're best friends. ^_^ And I will be transposing like crazy in preparation for Hoenn! This is our time to shine!
