This is off-topic, so I didn't answer in thread, but in Pokémon Yellow you cannot evolve the starter Pikachu you get all, so sorry. :< The only way to get a Raichu in the game is to trade a Pikachu or Raichu from another game, though Pikachu/Raichu transferred from another game won't follow you like your starter does.
I begin de TCG een beetje te leren, maar ik ben vooral een fan van de Video Games. Ik kijk de anime ook, maar die begin ik steeds minder leuk te vinden. Ik blijf het wel kijken. xD De specials en films zijn nog wel leuk altijd!
