The top is weird because the text is justified. In other words, for each line, the length of the average space is changed just so that the entire line fills the maximum allotted space (that is, unless the line is followed by a line break, also known as a carriage return or the character produced by hitting "enter).

Because you did not hit enter before pasting in the link, the entire URL (before the first hyphen) was treated as a single, un-breakable word. This, that sentence was treated as a paragraph, and the first line was spaced so that it would fill the space. I have fixed that for you by adding in a line break before the URL.
