He's saying that he's angry because GF won't give him its hidden ability.

So that's why he looks so angry. Does he want a cookie to cheer him up?

I sorta feel like Water Absorb/Calm Mind/Rest/Offensive Suicune would be Uber, but since I've only just gotten into UU, I'll withhold my judgement. I also have a lot of cookies in case we need to tempt Suicune into stop plotting again.
