I can do a crobat loop but I need to consistently find the cards I need

I need a bat every turn from the deck, but I want to do it so that it is infinite.

You could use Celebi Prism Star. Once your Zubat evolve into Golbat, you have free retreat cost and of course, Crobat also has free retreat. If you have an attacker in Active that isn't Celebi, you can use Devolution Spray when your Golbat become Crobat.

Celebi won't work because effects don't work on the bench. Any effects of attacks/ abilities reset when you go to the bench. Let's say your opponent used a dawn wings's gx attack. You can guzma and then lycanroc it back up and the effect is removed.

Or a better example is metagross. You "can't attack this turn" but if you like, for example, guzma and then use solgaleo's ability to switch, then that effect goes away.

Ok, I understand your examples, but we might have a different idea about the cards you want to use. Are we talking Crobat PHF?

It is a completely different mechanic. The crobat has to be in the active for the ability to work so no celebi.
