@bbb888 I'm just old and keep all kinds of things. And yeah this polygon and Eevee were rewarded through a point system in the Japanese Pokémon fan club. Both art works are Japanese exclusive. The Eevee had an international black star promo print with different art work.

Shining Magikarp was also rewarded through this system, right?
Interestingly, Fan Club Porygon was a powerful card that probably would have turned our Base-Neo meta upside down, as it could put a Coloring Counter on a Pokémon to permanently change its type... without a coin flip, unlike Promo Smeargle.

Paint Lock is a powerful deck in Base-Neo and Rocket-Legendary Collection (Lists linked) that can trap a Pokémon incapable of damaging Neo Genesis Murkrow in the active, enabling you to slowly destroy your opponent's bench.
