I do that about a lot of people I've met over the Internet. All I remember is you had brown hair. I never got a good look at your face.
(Then again, the mental images of people I have in dreams are usually a bit inaccurate.)

so you and I were at States.
There was one of those arcade machines where there's a claw and you have to try and grab a doll. You know the ones - the ones that never grab anything right.
There was a Psyduck plushie in it. You use the machine and attempt to grab it, but fail. you walked away dejected. So I went up to the machine and attempted to grab the same plushie. And I won. Then you felt VERY sad.
Time passes and the tournament goes on. when it's over and you're about to leave for home, I run after you calling your name before you leave, and I hand you the Psyduck plushie for you to keep. Naturally that made you very happy.
