You can't have:

Most Candy (Though I found a way to cheat with some ;D )
Corn (only when you have bands in - which is barely)

And that's what I found bad...your dentist will give you a list, but some of the things they put on it don't make sense...
Okay - some things you should know:
1) It doesn't hurt at all to get them on....except it hurts like heck afterwards
2) You get them tightened afterwards, and it hurts after each time
3) It kinda hurts to get them off.
