If you can get it, Tornadus EX is the much better option. I don't know what to take out (since you haven't updated you list) but adding a Thundurus is really good for the start. It's up to you whether you want to add Terrakion, but Max Potion is SO helpful for Raikou. If they put you in range...

I've been having a lot of trouble (obviously) against a Darkrai/Fighting deck I've played at League. Any ideas of how to counter that, or Darkrai/Tornadus? Thanks.

Puff, Why should he get rid of Zoroark DE? It's arguably better than BW Zoroark, and a 2-2 split works very well. Assuming he starts with Zorua, he could choose either depending on the situation. While a Sableye could help out a little, I think he should keep Terrakion to counter both...

Thanks Jirachi. That's exactly what I was thinking. gengar, I do want that 1 Zorua so I can have an attacker other than Mew. Well I guess I have Terrakion and Shaymin EX, but they are situational. However, I could try and make it 1-2 so I could LZ one and evolve the other.

Until BW-on (or CL-on??), I don't want to get rid of Collectors. Since I can get all my Pokemon except for Eels, it is really helpful in setting up. Especially since I have Smeargle to possibly use two Supporters per turn. And as for Random Receiver, wouldn't Pokegear be better for now? And...

Lol, I totally forgot about Tornadus EX. I think I'll go: -1 Thundurus +1 Tornadus EX (might replace Zek EX with another later) I do want to keep it a Raikou deck, and unfortunately, I can't afford 2 more Mewtwos. Oh well...

I added a Chandelure and Shaymin EX for heavy hitting. I would like that +1 Zoroark for the LZ, but not sure what to take out. This list is actually doing pretty well right now. Any more advice??

Honestly, I'd even bump the Skyarrow up to 3 just to make sure you can retreat the active Raikou for a benched one, and then just keep sniping turn after turn. Not all decks will run Skyarrow, and a few will probably run stadiums to counter it. If you are able to, try -1 Zekrom EX, +1 Raikou...

Relicanth looks interesting. I'll have to explore that. With Zoroark, I think I'll keep the 1-1 line because it's nice to have an attacker other than Mew. Plus, Zoroark can't be OHKO'd by Tornadus or Thundurus. I might drop the Twins after League this weekend, but it has been good so far. I do...
