Would Lake Boundary make your Psychic Pokemon have x2 weakness If you had Azelf Lv.X which (makes your Psychic Pokemon have no weakness) or would Azelf Lv.X stop it.

Does it apply for LV.X pokemon like Mewtwo LV.X or any other pokemon that is a LV.X but does not evolve.

His attacks says if you don't Uxie LV.X and Azelf LV.X in play this attack does nothing. Discard all attached energy to Mesprit. Do you have to discard the energy if you have Uxie LV.X and Azelf LV.X in play.
