Given that Banette ROS' evolution lock is attack based, it's going to have to stay active to chain, and something tells me it's not going to be nearly as tyrannical as Toad. You can keep the megas at bay for a little while in an attempt setup, but that 90 health is pretty fragile.

Without that sweet, sweet Metal Links, its hard to see a way to get Genesect enough energy to be effective. My thought is that TPCi is playing a bit of a long game with that Genesect, and that there will be something more than Max Elixir to drive attachment to make Genesect useful.

I rather like my M Mewtwo builds to focus on Darkness energy and dark type supports, like Zoroark or Yveltal. Psychic Infinity's great strength is that it's colorless, so this guy can leverage lots of useful additional support to deal with things like Carbink and Glaceon.
