I think what I have would most likely be close to the actual thing I think the huge city is either ground or steel.

I think the order will be like this.. Just a guess though. 1) Grass/Fire/Water 2) Normal 3) Bug 4) Ground 5) Electric or Flying 6) Steel 7) Ice 8) Dragon
