Me and Torterra Tank exchanged addresses to confirm and i don't have his email. What can I do?

I shipped cards 2 weeks ago to a trader named Torterra_Tank and I haven't received his end AND he's now been banned so I have no way of communicating with him. Can you help me out?

I just got all the Rotom cards from RR and I want to make a deck out of them for fun and I was wondering do all of them count as a plain Rotom. There's six kind of Rotom's (Heat, Wash, Fan, Frost, Mow, and Normal) but do they all count as the same? The have different names and the text isn't...
