Are there any legacy theme decks in the store at the moment?

I've been playing standard and expanded since I started playing but I'm looking to get into legacy and was wondering what is the best deck to get into legacy with and if there's any decks that don't run junk arm because they're really expensive on ptcgo at the moment

Do you think good rod from unleashed could be a replacement?

Thanks for the long reply and the time it must have taken you to write it :) . I think I will just build an even more budget legacy deck and eventually build up to junk arms and jirachi's etc...

I'm looking to build a weavile/exeggcute deck but am struggling to afford junk arm and dark patch. Are there any alternatives/ ways of getting round without using them, without the deck losing its reliability?

I beat peterpie/SkyRaker 2-1 really good games all 3 of them well played
