I think Girafarig will be a nice new addition to fast decks. To me, he could seriously speed up most decks, including some of mine. I was wondering what your alls opinions on the new Girafarig are? Do you think he will be cool? Or will he bomb miserably?

His attack the does 20 damage for (d)(c), says put 5 damage counters on the defending pokemon at the end of your opponents next turn. Well, if the defending pokemon switchs, or is knocked out, does that effect pass to the new pokemon?
