Why run 1 Cleffa if you are using 4 PONTs? And imo, you should be using more Junipers over PONT. Maybe try: -1 Cleffa -2 PONT +1 Terrakion +2 Professor Juniper Then again, it's been a year since I've played and I'm getting back into this so...

I personally like PONT better than Professor Juniper. You have Pokemon Collector listed twice though I assume you meant to have Pokemon Communication listed instead of one of the Collectors. I would also suggest you take out the DCE for another fire energy, you take out 1 Pignite and 1 Rare...
