I run two Dimension Valley, two Virbank (+4 lasers), and a frozen city in my deck. My attackers generally only need a single energy. It's situational. Start out with Laserbank, or energy attach and frozen city, then Dimension at the end. Wins the stadium wars against fairy decks. :)

Cobalion EX will be an auto-loss. Maybe a couple or all Korina instead of ultra ball. Need some basic energy and prof letter as you need 3+ for tyrantrum. And you're relying a lot on items with Toad around.

I run 2 frozen city in my Goirgeist Eeveelutions deck. My pokemon generally hit for one energy while my opponents seem to run fire/water decks needing 3 basic. Something else to play test.
