The rules of evolution are likely no different for Break Evolutions. But if Wally is usable, then you should be able to Break Evolve with the Supporter in the same turn you put down the Pokemon that can Break Evolve.

Unless they errata the card, I don't see how Wally wouldn't work. All Pokemon that evolve say "Evolves from", which is what Wally specifies. They had to specifically exclude Pokemon-EX in the text. Anyway, if the wording is correct, I'm guessing that any Pokemon with an Ancient Trait won't...
