    Hi Professors! Say I use Volcanion-EX's Steam Up, then play a Hex Maniac, then attack with Volcanion-EX. Is Steam Up's +30 damage still applied to the attack damage? Or does Hex Maniac shut off Steam Up's effect? I assumed the damage would not be applied in this case. Volcanion's ability is...
