The deck is known as Doll Stall and looks like this: https://limitlesstcg.com/decks/?id=145 I can't really help on how the deck works (I don't usually play stall) but from what I can understand, the deck is similar to the Zoroark GX control deck from a couple of years ago.

In general, ADP Zacian V is the strongest deck in the format by far. Mill has a much larger impact on the meta than during early 2020 formats (because of Cincinno SHSW) The current search cards are Quick Ball (for all decks), Electromagnetic Radar (for Electric decks) and Mysterious Treasure...

How long will each round of Swiss be?

I remember a Uncommon/Common only format that was a ton of fun. That might be a nice format that would solve couple of the problems with a one prize format (Dedenne GX being replaced with Jirachi) and would be the easiest format (financially) for a new player to jump into.

You could simply use Pal Pad/Pidegetto. Kinda Like the old Seismatoad/Slurpuff decks to loop Channeler

Wait, does Channeler work with Walrein?

In general, Dowsing Machine is a good replacement for Computer Search. Another Archie's-specific option is Scoop Up Cyclone (helps reset attackers and spread energy throughout the field).
