For me, the actual Pokémon featured in the card is more for flavour and thematic reasons (as I'm sure it's become abundantly clear in my past entries :p). I was confused about that, but I figured since you just put it on top of an EX Pokémon which already has the rule box it wasn't necessary. That and to prevent "lul I'm gonna take 4 Prizes now" situations
