I hate to keep refusing everything you're requesting, but I'm waiting to see what the TCG mechanic for UBs is before I make any of them. What I can tell you is that I plan on incorporating their codenames into their attacks/Powers, though.

Already done with all Pokémon from gens 1-5, my friend! You can find them on the first page. I have to reupload some, though, as the Wikia resized them strangely.

@bbninjas brings up a great point. The effect certainly hadn't been used in the Gym/Neo-era, so I agree that is correct. I would use "is now" instead of "becomes" based the examples provided above.

Is it for an attack or Power? I would venture a guess that the first option is correct, based on Neo Discovery Teddiursa...

Looking pretty nice. I do think the Bunnelby is underpowered -- you can safely go with 10 damage per Energy if there's no effect. As for the spacing, I'd make the Call for Allies font smaller, and center it with the division bar. I also think that Rocket's Diggersby's Call for Allies is...

It doesn't look bad, but it's slightly awkward seeing current-era formatting on a Neo card. But hey, as long as you're consistent, format the way you want to. It's a neat spin on Neo-era cards! The only things I noticed is that you rounded off the weight for Bulbasaur, but not on Ivysaur...
