As Lightcloud stated here (well might I add) a Quad Zoroark Deck basically is a loose term now for a Dark based deck that runs a 4-4 line of Zoroark and favors non-EX attackers such ad Yveltal XY and Yveltal BKT

If night march is the best out of the big three for a raichu deck... do not play raichu. Night march is a 50/50 at best IMO but maybe if you were to include more techs maybe it could be good but I'd still be worried of night march is the best of the big three.

Increase the rare candy count or run a 4-4-4 Talonflame line. Also Ninja Boy seems kinda irrelevant so I'd change that

Well it depends on the format. I would say in standard definetly because of the presence of megaray but in expanded noto so much because of the presence of Yveltal and night march.

You aren't crazy I'm currently testing Vileplume again for worlds and one thing I've found is that Big Basics are good partners. I would recommend a level Ball/Ultra Ball type engine. I can't really suggest changes, but feel free to toy around with a more Ball-focused engine. I played Vileplume...

Yeah you could actually cut 2 Fairy Garden and bump it up to a 2-2 Zoroark Line. You kinda auto lose to Megaray without it. You could make the case for Zebstrika but I definitely like Zoroark more because it is much more versatile.

I think you've got too many energy and not enough Shaymin and Hoopa. This deck runs very similarly to MegaRay and thus I would suggest the following changes: +2 Shaymin-EX +1 Hoopa +1-1 Zoroark Line -4 Fairy Energy -1 Ninja Boy (2 should be fine)

I would add in some Focus Sashes. You autoloss to Night March and Vespiquen otherwise. Hope this helps! :)

Yes, that is the best way to run it ATM. I definitely agree with this I thought you meant this list was how it should be run. I would still be wary of Night March though. I can't imagine Night March being a good matchup and that you should tech for it. I still do not think they are Tier 1...

Why psychic energy? You don't need it in M Gardevoir's Despair Ray so just running Fairy Energy is better. Also, why Slurpuff? I'd think Shaymin would be much better to take up those 4 slots. Hope this helps! :)
