Like I said, you still have to have it attached to a Stage 2 Pokemon. Or else that first text would've never been there.

It clearly says that "While this card is attached to a Stage 2 Pokemon." So, no. (You could attach it to a Basic Pokemon, but the card's effect would be ignored, since it's not attaches to a Stage 2 Pokemon.)

This is definetly a tough deck to get used to. You have to be able to manage your own board while locking your opponent. It's a great deck. But misplays can cripple you severely. Trashalanche is more of a late game cleaner, or your main counter to Buzzwole decks. And surely, the number of items...

I think this deck is rather inconsistent. If you take a look at decks such as Buzzwole/Lycanroc or Buzzwole/Garbodor. They are pretty streamlined and simple. They don't have weird amounts of energy or too many things going on. And overall, those decks are seeing better success for a reason...

##VOTE: LordGoomy At this point, I think he is the most scummy. Ignoring various questions asked and having an odd reaction to having be voted on makes him suspicious. I've seen newer scum players, and he seems to me like the type.
