Same answer as crownAxe, I don’t see it beeping useful to put in that spot. There are no pure uses for it, with best use I see is using it with Giratina.

Yeah, that’s what I’m nervous about. With some decks running tons of techs, and with minimal gusting, bench priority will become an interesting matter.
