The ticket is a separate purchase, and the mewtwo download is a part of the ticket preorder regardless of the tin, so I would assume the cost of the mewtwo would be a part of the ticket's price, if anything, though I don't think the download would raise the ticket price based on my past experiences.

Would sigilyph be a good one of in some psychic decks? The attacks dont seem very good, low damage for the regular and the gx being a one time thing. An unusual weakness for a psychic type. But if the opponent has to be cautious because of the ability...well, I guess that isnt much of an issue...
