Can't you lost zone it with Lugia GX's Lost Purge? You could also use Durant LOT's Mountain Munch to discard 2 of their 3 cards they put back into their deck in the late game. Girafarig's Get Lost can just lost zone the things that potentially could come back as well.

I think not having access to the Electropower damage buff and the fact that it only has 60 HP (so kiss goodbye to your 3-6 energy you have attached on that thing) are fatal for Ditto. I agree it's an interesting tech, but I'm not super convinced that it's home is in PikaRom.

I think Green's Search, so Tag Teams that don't rely on abilities have no issues getting this card when it's needed. Otherwise, I think it will definitely see play in Zoroark variants.
