RE: Darkrai EX / Sableye / Hypnotoxic Laser / Virbank City Gym You wouldn't try to kill the Goth and give them 13 turns to set up, you'd drop it late game to deck them out or make them lose on time. The argument about getting it out goes for every tech against Goth, not just Sneasel.

It's not going to be horrible, but every tier one deck will be able to one shot you somehow, so it's not amazing. I'd rather have Comp Search or Dowsing Machine.

Obviously, it doesn't HAVE to be PLS, but you're much better off without it. I would even argue the deck really isn't competitive without it and Tropical Beach. I would suggest a different deck in this case, as it's not going to be doing much w/out BKEX and Beach.

That's where I would disagree. In game, skill doesn't matter as much, since most games are rather mindless. Where you can really tip a matchup is your list. Just look at the runner up plasma deck.
