I have always hated these types of decks. If you are that bored that you have to resort to using decks like hand lock, why play?

The Rayquaza deck is meh but that UN one is going to be worth it thanks to Jirachi and the Treasures.

Really wish we would get some fun weaknesses and resistances instead of this cookie-cutter crap. For instance, instead of a fire type Blaziken being weak to water it would be weak to psychic instead or Onix being resistant to lightning.

I run it with Sharpedo and Naganadel. A little clunky at times but G&Z doesn't care where the Dark energies are at and Sharpedo is pretty good too.

I might try and find room for an Articuno. It is a great pivot point for the deck.

With Channeler you could use Cold Wave each turn since the lock is merely on the opponent.

Walrein is a nerfed one-sided Cold Wave from Yugioh. Actually pretty decent with Kyogre and TCE.

Made a couple of changes to the deck. Really happy how the deck turned out in retrospect. I know U-Turn Board seems a little redundant with Silvally but you aren't always going to have it on the bench.
