i think for energy you can play 2 DCE 7 fairy & one special charge as you really need a T1 sylveon-GX or you will be donked. You could also cut fairy drop from the deck as 4 puzzle and 4 max potion will likely be enough to heal each turn. fairy drop itself in this deck is bad because most decks...

I personally would go all in for disruption, as you still would have an autowin against deciplume. Really this deck is an upgraded version of quad lapras

cut sycamore from the deck you do not need draw cards, possibly put in trainers mail

cut the Double Colorless out for regular fairy energy. You also do not need any draw since you can get the three cards you need, every single turn, unless you're opponent N's you but in that case you would take 6 cards as you are trying to deck the opponent out.
