My issue with ZoroNinja and the new Weavile-GX and whatnot is this: ZoroNinja + Weavile has a similiar strategy as Rayquaza-GX builds. If we are looking at things in a streamlined, cup/regional standpoint; what does this deck have that Rayquaza-GX doesn't.
