'Charisma of the Wrecked Sky,' Japan's SM7 Set Announced!

Really like the Rayquaza -- throwing in a Xurkitree-GX + beast ring could be a situational help to keep the power up on it and also be a good disruption against decks that run a lot of special energy.

'Forces of Nature Premium Collection' in July!

I thought the same thing -- I think I would buy "Tiny Forces of Nature" just for the name.

It looks like that is just for trashalanche garbodor and for tournaments (it gives the "cards from the newest set are not legal message" -- on the ptcgo reddit, someone indicated this was due to the new alternative art promo. So it should be fine for this tournament.

    SM7a 'Fairy Rise' Announced!

Interesting stadium -- if indeed it does reduce electric attacks by one (which would make sense given the set name), it seems like this could be something to include in a stall deck coupled with xurkitree-gx.

    News Japan's SM6b, 'Champion Road'!

Tough one to use. Perhaps partner it with slush rush sandlash (nobody uses it to attack, but it does have the switch your pokemon attack) + upcoming magcargo. Toss in a unit energy and this might be glorious when set up, but probably still pretty inconsistent.

    'Forbidden Light,' Japan's SM6 Set!

Are there situations where you would want to use eneporter instead of enhanced hammer? I don't see it getting much play at all.

Discussion Poison... Should the Mechanic Change?

Same issue with burn -- I barely worry about bringing the status effect markers to a game since these status effects come up so rarely (at least in standard). I suppose cards like seviper, toxapex-gx are designed to update a bit, but these don't see much play. Maybe something like 1/4...

Discussion Do Mega Pokémon have any place in Expanded with Leafeon GX?

One deck where I've seen this sort of work is Mega-Beedrill. But it's tough to set up, because you only get one shot at the evolution, which means you need to have all your ex-pokemon set up ready to evolve, which is pretty tough to do early game.
